  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.

  • Secure parking is provided with a 2-car garage, a corresponding 2-car driveway, and first-come, first-served street parking.

  • Pack & Play and Highchair: This property has a complimentary set of Pack & Play and Highchair. Additional baby equipment rental is available upon request (additional fees may apply).

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • GoodNight Stay offers starter amenities for kitchens and bathrooms, including dishwashing tablets, dish soap, a dish sponge, laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, paper towel rolls, trash bags, coffee, and coffee filters. Bathroom sets include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soaps, makeup wipes, and trash can liners. Quantities are limited and cannot be replenished during your stay.
